Approximate price levels for our services in Gothenburg and western Sweden.
Here you will find approximate price levels for our services. Every property and project has different conditions. That is why we always provide an individual quote at a fixed price with a clear description of the work.
The price is affected by, among other things, the roof's area, pitch, design, material and condition, as well as the need for scaffolding, safety equipment and groundwork. Replacement of roof boarding, rot damage and other supplementary work is priced after assessment. What is included is specified in the quote.
The price is affected by material, dimensions, height, access and any need for custom fabrication. Materials, installation and any dismantling are specified in the quote.
The price is affected by the condition, height and details of the facade and the need for washing, scraping, priming and repairs. Brick and board facades are first assessed to ensure that the substrate is suitable for painting. Treatment, number of coats and any scaffolding are specified in the quote.
The method and scope are adapted to the facade material, damage and condition of the substrate. Panel replacement, larger repairs and other supplementary work are specified in the quote.
The price is affected by the choice of materials, ground conditions, access, load requirements and the need for excavation, groundwork and removal. Materials, kerbstones, drainage and other items are included only to the extent stated in the quote.
The prices are indicative budget levels and do not constitute a quote or a binding price for an individual project. The final quoted price may be both below and above the stated ranges, depending on the conditions and scope of the project.
Prices per square metre refer to the actual roof, facade or ground area that the work concerns. Smaller jobs and specialist work are priced per project.
You always receive a written quote stating the price, scope, materials and other terms. Any additional work is agreed and priced separately.
Any ROT deduction is calculated on the deductible labour cost and is shown in your quote, based on the current rules and your circumstances.
The stated lifespans and maintenance intervals are estimates, not guarantees. They are affected by product choice, the condition of the substrate, workmanship, weather conditions and ongoing maintenance.
